About Me

Krishna is a nanotechnology engineering student at the University of Waterloo who is pursuing a combined bachelor’s-master’s program. He has a passion for his research in nanosensors for optochemical sensing. In his spare time, Krishna enjoys doing layout design for the newspaper of the University of Waterloo. He is an international student and loves to play goalie in soccer. He also enjoys the occasional game of computer games every now and then.

Administration Develop effective marketing strategy. Identify best practices in advertising and adopt them.
  • We will have a general policy regarding advertising.
Best practices identified and rate card finalized. After which, negotiations with an ad agency is in progress.
Obtain readership statistics to assist with advertising sales.
  • We are able to get the same number (if not more) advertisers.
Determined to be not very helpful and not implemented.
Generate buzz around the brand “Project Magazine” using social media, etc..
  • We get more traffic through our online portal.
Twitter and Facebook page setup.
Identify and explore more avenues for partnerships and advertising.
  • We are able to obtain a more diverse selection of advertisers.
Advertising manager hired and managed.
Manage financing, expenses and other assorted funding related issues. Set up financing framework.
  • We set up a bank account and budgets etc.
Bank account with CFES at RBC is active.
Figure out the partnership program financing.
  • Integrate Project Magazine with the partnership program.

Production Improve the quantity and quality of content in Project Magazine. Identify stakeholders in engineering across the world to contribute article.

Krishna est un étudiant en nanotechnologie en génie à l’Université de Waterloo qui poursuit le programme d’étude de premier cycle et de maitrise combiné. Dans son temps libre, Krishna apprécie l’action de la disposition conçoit au journal de l’Université de Waterloo. Il est un étudiant international et aime jouer le gardien de but au football. Il apprécie aussi le jeu occasionnel de jeux informatiques de temps en temps.
