About Me

Sean Heisler is an Integrated Engineering graduate from UBC. He has served as a member of the UBC Board of Governors, the Vice-Chair of the UBC Senate, the Chair of the 2012 Canadian Engineering Competition, has served on 4 UBC Executive hiring or reappointment committees, the Chair of the Board of Advisors for and Engineering Outreach non-profit, as well as an active member on a number of working groups, strategic teams and review committees. When he’s not buried in involvements he’s dancing, flying through the air on a swinging trapeze, playing one of 35 different Board Games, cooking, or sailing– with tall ships being the vessel of choice. He’s also an unabashed foodie, a vest addict, and can substitute sleep for hugs and cuddles.
