About Me

Yan Langlois is in his third year of Mechanical Engineering at École des technologie supérieure. He became involved in student life as of his first year in university. He was a member of QUIETS, a clean snowmobile technical society. He also participated in academic competitions. After that Yan decided to concentrate his time in developing his soft skills as the mechanical representative in the student society of the university. Wanting more and realizing that he had an interest for human interactions and administrative issues, he decided to take the position of vice-president of external affairs. Through this position, he spent one year promoting his university all around the country. During this year, he was also responsible for all outside delegations of his school. At the end of his mandate, always wanting new challenges, Yan decided to join the Canadian Federation of Engineering Students team as Quebec Ambassador. His main goal for this year is to build a stronger VP External team for Quebec and help small universities attend national events.
