Hey, y’all! I’m Alex and I’ll be the IT Commissioner for the CFES this year. Prior to this, I was an executive with the Engineering & Computer Science Association of Concordia University for 3 years, occupying the positions of VP Marketing & Communications, VP Internal, and finally President. I was also Co-Chair of the 2020 Quebec Engineering Competition. Outside of student involvement, my hobbies include skiing, hiking and taking long walks from my desk to my fridge and back #QuarantineLife. If you are looking for ways to improve your EngSoc’s IT practices, don’t hesitate to reach out!
Action Plans:
- Ensure the CFES’s digital platforms are kept secure & up to date
- Help member societies keep their IT infrastructures secure and well organized by providing advice on useful technologies and best practices.
