The President’s Meeting Activity Manager is responsible for the coordination of all functions and activities pertaining to the successful execution of the annual President’s Meeting. This position oversees the financial well-being, conference administration, public relations and any other tasks relative to the organization of the conference. The Activity Manager acts as a liaison between the National Executive and the conference organizing committee. The Activity Manager also ensures that the goals of the conference concur with the directions set by the National Executive.
Every year, the President’s Meeting (PM) brings the CFES Board of Directors, the National Executive, and members together. These students are leaders in their schools and this retreat-style conference serves as an introduction to the CFES, a chance to network with fellow engineering societies, informational sessions and preparation for Congress.
