Why Am I So Tired?

March 16 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

Organizer: Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA)

*Webinar presentation time is 12pm-1pm MST.

Many of us go through periods of time where we experience being tired and live with personal fatigue. This can happen for a lot of reasons – stress, work, lack of sleep, illness, and more. In this course we will talk about how this can occur and look at how we can learn to recognize and change it. We will look at why it’s important to get the proper rest, the impact lack of rest can have on our overall well-being and identify tools which can help us to ensure that we get the rest we need. The theme of mental health is important in thriving as a student and professional within Engineering and Geoscience.
